Task Force Committee Revisions Update March 2023
Continuation of our Annual Meeting to review proposed revisions will take place on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at the Rochester Hills Public Library.
Presentation of proposed revisions for the Declaration of Restrictions for BWHA will be presented on Monday, May 1, 2023. The meeting will be held at the City of Rochester Hills Auditorium at 6:30pm and will conclude by 8:00pm. The Annual Homeowner Meeting will follow immediately and will conclude by 9:00pm.

Revisions Committee – October 2021
Brookedale West was Incorporated in 1979 and many of the rules that were recorded 42 years ago in the Declaration of Restrictions are no longer pertinent to today. The main reason the Homeowner’s Association exists is to uphold the deed restrictions, represent the interest of homeowners and to help protect property values.
The Homeowner’s Association consists of your neighbors that volunteer their time on the Board of Directors and as at-large Board Members. There are positions open on the Board of Directors. Consider volunteering some of your time – any amount of participation is appreciated.
A committee has been formed to being the process of updating the Declaration of Restrictions. This will take many months of effort and will be presented at the Annual Meeting in May for approval.
Meetings will be held the second Monday of each month beginning November 8, 2021 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
