Welcome to Brookedale West! The subdivision of 182 homes is located in the lovely community of Rochester Hills, Michigan. Our neighborhood has walking paths, a community playground, volleyball court, wooded areas, and open fields.
Brookedale West is conveniently located within minutes of multiple parks, walking/running trails, luxurious shopping and restaurants (including The Village of Rochester Hills), Oakland University, and downtown Rochester.
Rochester Hills was named THE SAFEST small city in America in 2019, the sixth safest city in America in February 2019, and the eighth best small city in America in September 2018.
